What watch color/style to match for a tuxedo/black tie event?

Would a pure black or black/silver slim watch work?
I dont think I would use it primarily for any timekeeping as I would just pull out my phone.
Would a pure black samsung galaxy watch 5 work?

Fossil Silver and Blue with Brown strap
These are really just ones i liked at a glance. Would be open to any other suggestions around the $200 budget AUD.
Top Comment: Just don't wear a watch? Those watches are fine but I'm unsure why wear one at all, you won't be out of place without it. Just for gods sake, whatever you do, do not wear a smartwatch.

Can one wear a dress watch without a suit and tie?

I really like the simplicity of a dress watch, but I don't wear suits everyday. Is the dress watch more versatile than it's name makes it out to be? I typically wear a dress shirt with slacks.
Edit: In response to the first two comments: how far down the ladder of formality can one go before wearing a dress watch becomes untasteful?

Cat ate hair tie - what should I watch for?

My domestic shorthair (M/1 yr) ate a hair tie 2 days ago. This isn’t the first time it’s happened, but the first time the hair tie was cut and he vomited it up the next morning. This time it was a full on intact hair tie (a regular size one with no metal on it). The ER vet said it wouldn’t hurt to take him in but they were overloaded with animals and it would be a several hour wait. (This all happened at around 11 pm)
We were told to wait and make sure there wasn’t an obstruction. I gave him a little grass and milk hoping he would vomit but he did not. We have a camera set up in the car room and I’ve seen him walk into a litter box, but it only records for 12 seconds at a time and I’m not 100% he actually used it. We have another cat that’s been using them so I can’t tell for certain if he’s used the litter boxes or not.
He’s acting ok, but is there anything I should be looking for? I’m still concerned.

I've been looking for well over an hour at every shop I could find, and couldn't find one. I've found white shirt and a black bow tie. But not a long black one. Does anyone know which shop sells this if any?

So this is what happens when there's a tie in activity competition

A friend and I decided to both max out at 600 points throughout our competition (https://i.imgur.com/itocGJK.png) and see what happens when we have a tie. Turns out the Apple Watch push notification will acknowledge there being a tie (https://i.imgur.com/RuCIgga.png, https://i.imgur.com/YnSWFlZ.png) and both parties will be given a point for winning (https://i.imgur.com/ZCcMdbp.png, we went from 1-6 to 2-7).
